While each relationship is different, we typically offer a salary + benefits, full access to our studio services, initial funding and access to follow-on, and founder equity in the NewCo.

Yes - or close by. We love to see faces in-person as much as we can, but we recognize the value in location flexibility. We prefer to have our team members in office at least two days per week. If you're near, our office is yours to make home!

We are seeking co-founders for 2 to 4 internally cultivated companies  per year, but our recruitment and outreach process for externally cultivated companies is done on an ongoing basis.

Our goal is to be uniform, however, not all situations allow us to have a boilerplate equity split.  This is a collaborative process. A market sized option pool is set aside for employees from the start.

Venture Studios have proven to de-risk and accelerate the journey to MVP and meaningful customer traction. Typical startups that take this path achieve a series-A funding round 50% faster. This creates a win-win for founders and investors. Said another way, the accelerated timeline allows us to either get to failure faster so you can pivot or get to success faster so you can be focused on scaling a business. Both are great outcomes.

Outside of our deeply experienced team and impact mission, the threads of our unique location are woven throughout our work. We built Hunsicker in Kentucky because we believe it’s the best market for the studio model - while our venture community is small, it’s eager, mighty, and poised for radical and explosive change. Because we've been actively involved in the company creation community for over a decade, our relationships run deep and our reputation is well known.

Kentucky is a small state that operates near exclusively through relationships.  Our connections to both industry and government are incomprable to other markets.  The conversations we can have within hours would take months in Silicon Valley, if ever.

Most importantly, Kentucky is in it for founders.  Investors, companies, elected officials and residents alike want to see our entrepreneurs flourish.  The hunger to prove to the larger world that we can build here and scale globally - that we’re not to be discounted - is palpable.  It’s these advantages that we're eager to pass on to founders to leverage as we build together.
